We offer standard or tailor-made options to suit your needs.
SERVICE PLAN
Having a Service Plan reduces the costs of servicing your new car. The price of the Service Plan is fixed when you buy your car, so you won’t have to worry about inflationary price increases on labour or parts; for the duration of your Service Plan.
Your “scheduled service” includes the replacement of the following*:
- Engine and transmission oil, brake fluid and other lubricants including serviceable items required to perform the service
- Oil filters
- Air filters
- Sump plug gaskets
Service Plan covers your vehicle’s scheduled service, as per your Service booklet, excluding the cost of all wear and tear items. All services will be carried out at an approved Renault dealer, by a qualified Renault service technician and using genuine Renault parts.
You also have the option of extending your Service Plan at any time.
*Scheduled service does not include: Top-up lubricants such as oil, replacement of wear and tear items such as shock absorbers, brake pads, brake discs, exhausts, tyres, wheel alignment, balancing, glowplugs for diesel engines, injector pump and calibration for diesel engines, clutches and cam belts, Warranty related items, driver abuse, punctures, body damage, windscreen and all glass, paintwork, retrofitted accessories, radio / CD’s, air conditioner re-gassing, alloy wheels, after-market accessories and accident related damage to mechanical components.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Your Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive package that not only covers all your service, maintenance and labour costs over a contract period, but also gives you greater peace of mind.
Your Maintenance Plan covers the following*:
- Spark plugs
- Oil filter
- Air cleaner elements
- Timing belts
- Brake pads
- Exhausts
- Globes, fuses
- Air conditioner
- Power steering belts
- Oil
- Transmission oil
- Alternator belts
- Anti-freeze
- Brake lining
- Shock absorbers
You have the option of extending your Maintenance Plan at any time during the contract period.
* Your Maintenance Plan does not include: Warranty related items, driver abuse, punctures, body damage, top-up oils, windscreen and all glass, paintwork, tyres, retrofitted accessories, radio tapes / CD’s, air conditioner re-gassing, alloy wheels, after-market accessories and accident related damage to mechanical components.
