A Test Drive That Went Further: Renault South Africa Celebrates Another Big Winner

Renault South Africa has once again reinforced its commitment to rewarding current and  prospective customers with the successful conclusion of its national “Test Drive & Win a  Renault Kiger Turbo” competition. 

Running from 02 December 2025 to 28 February 2026, the campaign invited customers to  visit their preferred Renault dealership and test drive any Renault vehicle for a chance to  win a brand-new Renault Kiger Turbo.  

Designed to encourage meaningful, in-dealership experiences rather than passive  participation, the competition highlighted the importance Renault places on firsthand  product interaction and customer experience. 

The campaign culminated in a live, independently audited final draw event held at Renault  Bryanston on 21 March, following the selection of three finalists from nearly 6 000 competition entrants nationwide. The final stage saw the three finalists compete for the grand prize, with the winner, Ayanda Mkhize, announced live on the day. 

Already a Renault customer, Ayanda had recently purchased a Renault Kiger Naturally  Aspirated model and completed his qualifying test drive at Renault Heidelberg - a clear  example of how the campaign converted existing brand loyalty into a memorable moment. 

Speaking during the final draw event, Ayanda shared his connection to the vehicle, saying,  “I’ve been wanting to upgrade, especially with my family growing. The Kiger just felt like the  perfect car because of the space, its features, everything. And honestly, I can’t wait to  surprise my mom when she sees the new car.” 

Over the years, Renault South Africa has proudly handed over multiple vehicles through  different national promotions as well as campaign, turning everyday dealership visits into  life‑changing wins for customers across the country.

These initiatives form part of the  brand’s broader strategy to build trust, celebrate loyalty and create authentic connections  with customers. 

The prize vehicle, the 2026 Renault Kiger Turbo, is available at Renault dealerships  nationwide, with customer previews and test drives open to customers at their earliest convenience.
